A personal space for reflecting on everyday life and recovery
Brainwave Companion is a voluntary personal service, kept separate from the FinBe solutions intended for employers.
It helps users organise information they provide themselves and their own observations, and reflect on choices that support everyday workload and recovery.
Personal Companion information is not included in employer-facing reporting.

Practical learning to support leadership
FinBe Academy offers current knowledge, practical tools and applied exercises for developing sustainable capability and effective leadership. Learning supports the adoption of FinBe's other solutions.
PILOT
Start with a two-week pilot
FinBe's organizational-level pilot helps create a shared situation picture and identify where decisions or actions are needed.
The active pilot period lasts two weeks. Preparation, scoping of the material and the data protection review are carried out before the active period begins.
At the end of the pilot, management has a shared situation picture, identified development areas and documented decisions and next actions.
