KTV Foundations – turning information about organizational capability into responsible leadership
KTV Foundations is a self-paced online course that gives a complete picture of sustainable capability management. You will learn to identify the structures that affect organizational capability, handle information responsibly, and build a trackable development plan.
The course is completed at your own pace in the FinBe Academy learning environment. Access is valid for six months. A certificate of completion requires finishing the lessons and applied exercises and achieving at least 80% on the final assessment.
