KTV Foundations – turning information about organizational capability into responsible leadership
KTV Foundations is a self-paced online course that gives an overall picture of leading sustainable capability. You will learn to identify structures that affect capability, handle information responsibly and build a development plan based on decisions, responsibilities and follow-up.
The course is completed at your own pace in the FinBe Academy learning environment. Access is valid for six months. A certificate of completion requires finishing the lessons and applied exercises and achieving at least 80% on the final assessment.
